Copper pipes are sturdy, corrosion-resistant, and may be used for cold and hot drinking water. PEX is apparently changing copper pipes at a large rate as it is less expensive, more flexible, and simpler to install. Two supplemental varieties of pipe are occasionally present in more mature properties and so are occasionally put in, especially by
